..... More like the grass mowed me. I could barely push his heavy push mower. I got it stuck on a corner in someone's back yard...Jonathan had come save me and get it around the corner(not.good.With.turning). I completely embarrassed him and myself with the whole mowing thing. Getting stuck. Can't turn it, can't push it, cant catch it- running after the mower, panting, sweating. And that was just yard#1.
SO... When my boss wasn't looking...
I just sat in the back of his truck and enjoyed the sunshine... *ahhhh*
( just kidding. He told me I could do that)
ANYWAY...
At the end of the day I looked down at my very grimey hands and my ring still sparkly...
... I made me realize that it is so important to do things with our husbands that means alot to them- even if it means being attacked my lawn mowers in my case. I learned alot from working with him about the frusterations of his job and the things that he loves. He has told me about stuff that is frusterating to him but I didnt truely understand until I experienced it first hand. I think one of the best things a married couple could do is go to work with each other for a day! I realize in some jobs this isn't possible but it would be such an amazing opportunity...I appreciate the really hard work that he accomplishes and it just reminded me how amazingly talented he is at what he does!!
Ps- I really, really like going to work with Jonathan!!! This post sounds like I don't but I do! I actually even like cutting grass but his mower is just super heavy.... So with that being said, I'm going to work with him more this summer but I will maybe just stick to flower beds;)

Such fun! Love that you got to go with him!
